Livelihood Alternatives (LA) is delighted to announce the successful completion of the Unit Attachment Programme under the Rural Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE) by students from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, SOA University.

During their internship, the students worked closely with our partnered Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) across various blocks in Odisha. They gained hands-on experience in agricultural practices, understood the challenges faced by farmers, and provided valuable suggestions for crop value addition.

We hosted a Certificate Distribution Ceremony on 15th January 2025 at our Head Office to honor their dedication and learning journey. Students received their Internship Completion Certificates, and the most outstanding performers were felicitated with cash prizes for their exemplary work.
